Key Responsibilities: Perform the construction project planning and manage the construction progress, quality, safety, cost, risk, etc. Perform periodic reporting to direct report and internal stakeholders Manage and communicate with suppliers (Construction consulting company, Design company, Construction supervision company, Construction company) Communicate with government authorities for government permit process Perform / manage tender process of selecting suppliers Coordinate with the company’s various departments to define construction requirements for design Perform / manage construction cost savings including VE, NS, NCS, BTO, etc. Others where necessary Requirements: More than 20 years of experience in construction project PMP certified End to end project management experience Experience of semi-conductor factory construction project Experience of project management and reporting skill Fluent English languages skill
