Salary Range: $60/hr to $65/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work directly for the hiring organization on a W2 basis
- Experience with construction turnover documentation (as-builts, O&Ms, redlines).
- Experience coordinating between construction and operations teams.
- Experience in data center or mission-critical construction projects.
- Strong familiarity with turnover documentation standards . Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve gaps in turnover deliverables without escalation.
- Project coordination & organization (tracking, scheduling, documentation).
- Technical understanding of construction drawings & turnover documentation.
- Strong communication & collaboration between cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and project management skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with project management software
- Certification in project management or construction management
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
