This GC has been in business since 1989 and covers a range of commercial projects such as: k-12, religious, higher ed, healthcare, government, and traditional commercial.
Job Description
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee procurement of materials and services required for project success.
- Monitor and address any on-site challenges, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- A strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project management principles.
- Proven experience managing commercial projects valued at $3M or more.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
