Job Description

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and quality standards. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards. Oversee procurement of materials and services required for project success. Monitor and address any on-site challenges, providing solutions to keep projects on track. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

• A strong understanding of commercial construction processes and project management principles.
• Proven experience managing commercial projects valued at $3M or more.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
