Job Description

Oversee project planning and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient execution. Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance. Monitor budgets and cost controls, identifying and addressing potential overruns. Serve as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and field staff.

The Successful Applicant

6+ years of Construction Experience. Ideally Healthcare or Lifescience project background. Strong communication skills. Technologically savvy. Construction related degree.
