Job Description Manage all aspects of projects from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on fast-paced restaurant and commercial interiors and ground-up builds. Oversee budgeting, scheduling, buyout, and subcontractor management. Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure seamless execution and maintain aggressive schedules. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects, with a strong background in restaurants and tenant improvements or mixed commercial work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with overlapping deadlines. Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to a high-energy, client-focused environment.
