Looking for a construction Project Mnager to join a well-established construction firm, specializing in design-build and construction management, delivering projects across commercial, healthcare, institutional, and other sectors. Job Description Oversee all phases of ground-up and interior construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure work meets quality standards, codes, and safety regulations. Track progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records. The Successful Applicant Proven experience managing ground-up and interior construction projects. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards effectively. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Skilled in coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders.
