Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager on ground-up projects related to commercial, healthcare, Education, or related

This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with a wide range of ground-up projects across Commercial, Healthcare, Education, etc. We are well established with consistent work and a strong backlog of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects Ground-up projects related to commercial, healthcare, Education, or related Projects exceeding $20M Proficiency in project management software
