Job Details
We're looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record in ground-up and/or renovation construction, ideally with experience in self-perform trades.
The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial projects A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, safety, and contract administration Experience with Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools Ability to lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and interface with owners and architects Responsibilities include: Managing project budgets, schedules, and scopes from preconstruction through closeout Leading jobsite coordination meetings and ensuring field operations align with project goals Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to solve problems and deliver results Maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle Mentoring Assistant Project Managers, Engineers, and other support staff as needed
