About Our Client

One of the top names in construction right now, a high-quality Design/Build General Contractor. They specialize in large, luxury Multi-Family, Senior Living, Corporate Office, Education, Municipal, Medical Suites, and are getting big into light industrial like the other big hitters in the industry.

Average project size: $10M - $25M, can get up to $35M - $50M at times.

$225M+ on the books for 2025 & 2026. They love to promote from within and have great potential for mobility upward - PMs typically will become a SPM within 2 years. They are known for rewarding the individuals that drive value to the company VERY well.

Job Description

Develop a strong understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment and other requirements.

Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production.

Prepare and maintain a 3 week look-ahead schedule for all activities on the job site.

Facilitate and ensure company safety program.

Create daily reports to submit to the Senior Project Manager or Prime Contractor.

Review and adhere to project schedule.

Manage quality control by confirming that all the equipment and material installed was submitted by a subcontractor.

Assure good housekeeping across entire project site.
