Job Description Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to manage schedules, budgets, and scope changes Lead project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure jobsite safety and compliance Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress billings Collaborate with field teams and superintendents to resolve issues and maintain quality standards Forecast project costs, track progress, and report regularly to internal and external stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented construction professional with 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects. They excel at coordinating multiple stakeholders, anticipating challenges, and keeping projects on track. Strong communication skills, a firm understanding of project financial, and the ability to lead teams with confidence are essential. Experience with local subcontractors, familiarity with scheduling software (like Procore or MS Project), and a track record of delivering high-quality builds make them a great fit for a collaborative and quality-driven team.
