Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Completing projects on time and within budget
  • Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
  • Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
  • Positive client feedback/satisfaction
  • Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:

  • Academic project experience (required)
  • 5+ years of PM experience with a General Contractor (required)
  • 3+ years of experience managing construction project financial controls and project schedules
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
  • Familiarity with project financials - invoice approval, requisitions, internal reporting
  • OSHA 30
  • Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
