Seeking Commercial Project Manager with Industrial, Warehouse, Distribution, Tilt Wall experience

Your new company A well-established commercial general contractor with nearly 50 years of industry experience is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team in St. Petersburg, Florida. Your new role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from award through closeout. You'll manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key duties include: Coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities Managing project schedules, budgets, and cost reports Processing change orders, RFIs, and submittals Negotiating with vendors and subcontractors Liaising with clients and internal teams Preparing and presenting progress reports Supporting preconstruction and estimating as needed What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial construction project management Experience in tilt wall, light industrial, distribution, big box projects a strong plus!

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively Degree in construction management or engineering is preferred but not required What you'll get in return Competitive salary, up to $125k (base salary) for the right candidate!
