Job Description
Plan, manage, and execute light industrial construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with design and specifications. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders. Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process. Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and company standards. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
