Job Description

The Project Manager - New Construction Work is responsible for:

• Building 1 large project at a time, often over $20 million in value.
• Managing an APM dedicated to project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project.
• Serving as the primary face of the business with the architect, client, and subcontractors.
• Managing the budget and overseeing the schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent.

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Manager - New Construction Work has:

• At least 5 years of construction project management experience.
• A background building projects over $20 million in value.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong client-facing abilities and represents the employer well at all times.
• A Bachelor's Degree.
• Located near or willing to commute to Long Beach/Orange County daily.
