Job Description
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage and lead multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control, cost management, and adherence to timelines.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
- Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop and maintain project schedules, track project costs, and proactively address any budgetary concerns.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates, including progress reports and forecasts, to internal leadership and external clients.

The Successful Applicant
The Successful ApplicantQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- LEED accreditation or PMP certification is a plus

- Base Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, paid bi-weekly/monthly.
