### *Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage *daily on-site operations* for multiple construction projects concurrently within the wellness resort development.
* Coordinate the execution of *mass timber structural systems*, including CLT and glulam installations, with a focus on safety, sequencing, and technical integrity.
* Lead project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, procurement, and reporting activities.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the construction team and executive leadership, architects, engineers, vendors, and inspectors.
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, particularly those governing mass timber and sustainable construction practices.
* Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to health and safety standards.
* Anticipate and manage project risks, delays, or scope changes, and implement solutions proactively.
* Review construction drawings, submittals, and shop drawings for accuracy, especially for mass timber components.
* Collaborate closely with wellness, sustainability, and interior teams to ensure design intent and brand standards are realized.

### *Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in *Construction Management, **Civil Engineering, **Architecture*, or related discipline.
* *5–10 years* of construction project management experience, including *at least 3 years with mass timber construction* in the U.S.
* Proven ability to manage *multiple large-scale construction projects simultaneously*.
* Strong working knowledge of *CLT, **glulam*, and hybrid structural systems.
* Experience delivering *high-end resort, hospitality, or wellness-focused projects* is highly desirable.
* Deep understanding of Georgia building codes and permitting requirements.
* Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and BIM/Revit.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
