Construction Project Manager Multifamily Projects

Get in on the ground floor at a growing GC that has a 24 month project backlog. Work on large scale Multifamily projects local to Greater St. Louis.

Job Description

• Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
• Assist in potential business development meetings
• Organize/ assist in client meetings and develop long-term relationships
• Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers, subcontractors
• Perform estimates
• Prepare budgets and schedules
• Proactively drive solutions
• Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site

The Successful Applicant

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree strongly preferred
• 7-12+ years of general contracting experience
• Ability to run project autonomously from start to finish
• Commercial Project experience
• Ground up and renovation project experience - Ideally $20M+ in value
