What You'll Do Manage 3-5 active multifamily renovation projects (unit upgrades + capital improvements) Create budgets, scopes of work, and project schedules using Excel & Smartsheet Lead and coordinate reliable subcontractors across multiple trades Ensure full OSHA compliance and jobsite safety Streamline procurement, scheduling, and delivery across multiple properties Maintain detailed records: before/after photos, milestone tracking, daily logs Work closely with property managers, vendors, and clients to ensure satisfaction Must-Have Skills Proven experience in multifamily rehab and CapEx project management Strong understanding of Massachusetts building codes and OSHA safety procedures Tech-savvy: Excel, Smartsheet, Procore (or similar tools) Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to change A solid network of subcontractors is a big plus!
