Job Description

Overseeing the development and execution of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals. Leading and coordinating project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project delivery. Ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes, conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.

The Successful Applicant

5+ yrs of Construction Experience as a PM. Experience running multiple Multifamily projects as a PM. Efficient in Procore & MS Office. Strong communication skills & ability to adapt.
