Onsite Construction Project Manager – Lead High-Impact Projects

Location: Richardson, TX, 75082 (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (flexibility for project needs)
Travel: Up to 50% (including occasional overnight trips)
Pay: $100,000 – $105,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Hire

You’ll manage multi-state construction projects in a unique sector that combines technical precision with rapid delivery timelines, ensuring every build meets high-quality standards and exceeds client expectations.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full project lifecycle – from planning to completion – ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings, site visits, and review technical drawings for accuracy.
  • Verify equipment orders, manage delivery schedules, and maintain installation checklists.
  • Oversee budgets, resource planning, and timeline forecasting.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and track progress in project management systems.
  • Ensure safety compliance and adherence to project scope on every site.
  • Communicate regularly with distributors, clients, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in construction or technical project management, with strong GC coordination skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple builds in different locations simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Preferred: Industry-specific construction experience, PMP certification, and blueprint reading skills.
