Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning and permitting through procurement and implementation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors. Interface with Inspectors, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Agencies, Stakeholders, and Clients. Maintain high standards of workmanship adhering to plans and specifications. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in the Construction industry; at least 3 years managing public works projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
