Job Description
Construction Project Manager - Queens, NY Manage public construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and agency reps (DASNY, OGS, SCA, etc.) Oversee project budgets, schedules, and compliance documentation Lead on-site operations and conduct regular progress inspections Ensure all work meets contract specs, code requirements, and safety standards Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications Communicate regularly with internal teams and client representatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
