Our client is a diverse Commercial Construction company with projects throughout the North East.

Job Description

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, design teams, modular manufacturers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications

Modular Construction Management

  • Oversee the modular design, production, delivery, and installation process
  • Manage the integration of modular components with site-built construction
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and quality standards

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders
  • Address project issues, conflicts, and change orders promptly and effectively

Budget & Risk Management

  • Monitor project financials, track cost performance, and manage project profitability
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Approve invoices and ensure proper documentation of project costs

Team Leadership

  • Direct field supervisors, subcontractors, and internal staff on project execution
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused team environment
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • 2+ years of experience with modular construction (highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
