Our client is a top-tier luxury residential builder with over 25 years of experience delivering high-end custom homes throughout Los Angeles. Current projects are located in Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Marina del Rey, and Malibu, with values ranging from $5M to $40M.
They are actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple luxury home builds from preconstruction through delivery. Candidates must bring a passion for craftsmanship and client service.
Ideal Background: 5+ years of luxury residential and/or high-end commercial construction experience Strong background in client relations, estimating, budget oversight, and project controls Comfortable managing multiple projects at various stages
