Job Description

Construction Project Manager - Rye, NY

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare and present project progress reports
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Manage project changes and negotiate as necessary

The Successful Applicant

Construction Project Manager - Rye, NY

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in construction
• Wood Frame Experience is PLUS
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• PMP or other relevant certification is a plus
• Experience with Block and Plank construction is required
