Manage all phases of assigned SCA projects from pre-construction through close-out

Coordinate and lead field staff, subcontractors, architects, and agency reps

Ensure compliance with SCA guidelines, safety standards, and schedule milestones

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration

Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings

Profile

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on SCA or similar NYC public sector projects

Strong knowledge of SCA compliance and documentation requirements

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple projects or phases concurrently

A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field
