Job Description

Manage day-to-day progress on active SCA job sites. Coordinate with trades, vendors, and agency representatives. Track schedule, submittals, and budget updates. Attend site meetings and maintain compliance with SCA documentation standards. Report directly to senior leadership and stay accountable for project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

You have hands-on experience managing SCA projects in NYC-whether from the CM or GC side-and are comfortable in the field and office. You thrive in a smaller team environment and bring solid knowledge of NYC school construction, especially on exterior scopes like faade and envelope work.
