Duties & Responsibilities Manage client expectations Provide project leadership and supervisory skills Ensure project document control, keeping documents complete, current, and properly managed Manage and prepare cost proposals and change orders Develop project budgets and oversee buy-out/contracting of work Handle project accounting functions, including owner billings and reviewing/subcontractor progress payments Maintain budgets and control costs throughout the project Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Develop and manage CPM schedules Coordinate with subcontractors, including procurement, monitoring budgets, and managing billings Collaborate with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel Qualifications & Requirements Experience managing multiple construction projects or large, complex projects in commercial and/or public works Graduates of a four-year degree in construction management, science, or related fields preferred Strong understanding of current construction methods, materials, and regulations Ability to work under pressure, coordinating activities and teams effectively Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project or similar scheduling software Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record Special Consideration Experience with school bond projects (e.g., SDUSD, LAUSD) Procore project management software experience Higher Education and Healthcare market sector experience Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Profit-Sharing 100% employer-paid Health and Dental premiums Generous vacation and sick leave Nine paid holidays, including your birthday Employer-paid Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability insurance Retirement plans with company contributions Subsidized childcare tuition Health/Dependent care FSAs Opportunity to make a community impact Acknowledgments Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
