Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager - Tenant Improvements role in Irvine:

• Oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.

A successful Construction Project Manager - Tenant Improvements:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience in building and construction with commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and regulations.
