About Our Client

Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Oversee the execution of tilt wall construction methods and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any potential issues proactively.
Prepare project schedules, cost estimates, and reports for stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and all applicable regulations on-site.
Identify and mitigate project risks while optimizing resource allocation.

A successful Construction Project Manager - Tilt Wall / Retail should have: Proven expertise in managing tilt wall and retail construction projects.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A commitment to safety and quality standards in construction.
