Manage all project phases, from initiation to completion
Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration
Control project budgets and track financial performance
Maintain high safety and quality standards
Mitigate risks and resolve issues to stay on track
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules
Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors

Proven experience in managing commercial, public, industrial or healthcare construction projects
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse project teams
Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
In-depth knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial management for construction projects
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly
A deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance
Strong negotiation skills with experience managing contracts and subcontractors
A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
A competitive salary range of around $110,000 to $140,000 yearly, depending on experience.
