Job Description

Project manager is responsible for:

• Manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage project resources effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve milestone bonuses and deliver exceptional results.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure project success.

• Competitive salary in the range of $90,500 to $115,500 annually.
• $125 weekly vehicle allowance and 50% mileage reimbursement.
