Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects that span Order to Cash, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance areas. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to ensure quality delivery of solutions that meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, results-driven, and highly skilled in stakeholder management within complex, integrated digital platforms. Requirements Work cross-functionally with business, technology, customers, and vendors to deliver quality results. Oversee the build and delivery of business applications, ensuring smooth handover to Support teams. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant business areas to develop accurate and concise functional requirements. Apply technical and functional knowledge to manage teams designing solutions aligned with technical architecture, database design, and performance needs. Analyze business and system impacts, planning detailed tasks for delivery of fully tested solutions. Coordinate internal and external resources during development, implementation, and stabilization phases. Manage teams during build and implementation, configuring software packages or overseeing technical resources/vendors. Ensure solutions are quality-tested, functionally validated, and supported by thorough documentation. Manage vendor relationships to ensure SLA compliance, and recommend improvements to processes. Use Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools to plan resources, track milestones, manage risks, and oversee financials. Engage senior business leaders to ensure successful deployment and realization of project benefits. Required Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience managing varied project types, scope, and duration. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Process-oriented and results-driven approach. Understanding of highly integrated digital platforms. Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics integrations (EDI, API). Experience with Order Management Systems. Familiarity with CI/CD practices. Strong understanding of Agile methodology. Experience with SaaS platforms. Knowledge of change management practices. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience creating/managing project plans, document repositories, risk registers, and other PM artifacts. Highly Desirable: Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics best practices. Experience in the pet food and/or health industry. Product management and lifecycle experience. Background in systems integration projects. Service provider or solutions consulting experience. Experience using defect/ticketing systems such as JIRA.
