This is a full-time position with excellent growth opportunities and bonus potential based on performance . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and multi-family drywall construction and be skilled in project planning, execution, and delivery. Key * Manage drywall construction projects from start to finish

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Utilize project management and takeoff software to streamline planning and execution

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial drywall construction (required)

Experience with multi-family construction projects

Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

Proficiency with takeoff ** * PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or The Edge

Familiarity with project management ***** Procore, Buildertrend , or similar

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proven track record of delivering successful project outcomes
