Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating staff, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that renovation projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Work with Renovation Consultants to provide information to help convert inquiries into successful renovation projects (project cost estimates, quotes, timelines, specifications, etc.).
Work with designers and subcontractors to pull together the overall costs, specifications, and timelines and establish contracts with specific terms and conditions with subcontractors.
Manage subcontractors throughout the the project to deliver great results for customers and profitable projects for Refresh.
Set and maintain all job schedules.
Manage liability for for Refresh and the customer.
Maintain good communications with the homeowners to ensure they have a positive experience throughout the renovation and become advocates for Refresh.
To be the advocate for homeowners, delivering the renovations they want for the budget they have allowed.
To deliver excellent customer service and ensure they will use Refresh again and recommend Refresh to friends and family.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Qualifications:
Must have an active Oregon CCB license and be in good standing with the CCB.
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields.
Familiarity with construction management software.
A positive, optimistic attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to manage subcontractors, costing, and contract management
Must be able to resolve disputes effectively to meet budget, time, and quality outcomes.
Must be able to manage multiple projects involving multiple parties.
Strong leadership qualities.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills.
Highly organized.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
