Role Description 12 Guage Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager on site in Madison, WI. The Construction Project Manager role is critical in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. If you are a great communicator, strong leader and highly organized, our collaborative team and incredible customers are waiting for you. Responsibilities include scheduling, contracting, budgeting, coordination of communication and more as needed.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management and Project Management Skills in Project Coordination and Construction Management Proficiency in Budgeting Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is desired Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are beneficial
