About the Role Our client is looking for a Commercial Construction Project Manager who will take full ownership of the job — from estimating and scheduling to closeout and financial tracking. This is not a paper-pusher position. It's a hands-on, fast-moving, decision-making role for someone who takes pride in precision and thrives on momentum. What You’ll Own Manage projects from start to finish with full accountability for cost, schedule, and quality Perform in-house digital takeoffs and prepare bid proposals using Bluebeam Create project schedules in Microsoft Project (Primavera is a bonus) Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients Lead jobsite and vendor meetings, and oversee RFIs, change orders, and submittals Draft and manage all project documents: subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, pay apps Maintain file structure and task tracking in Procore, Google Drive, and Trello Forecast and manage budgets for $10M+ in annual construction revenue Stay on top of procurement, quality control, punch lists, and closeout activities Track project performance and ensure profitability stays on target What You Bring At least 8 years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager Experience managing annual project volumes over $10M Fluency with Procore, Bluebeam, Google Drive, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project Clear, professional, and timely communication style Strong organizational skills with a bias for action A mindset of accountability, ownership, and pride in the details Why Work With Our Client You’ll work directly with decision-makers — no corporate layers High standards, strong process, and a culture that values craftsmanship True investment in team growth and leadership development A company that shows up, supports each other, and does the work right Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
