Construction Superintendent/Project Manager

General Contractor seeking an experienced construction superintendent/ project manager to join our team. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all project related field activities including running all of the day-to-day operations on multiple construction sites.
Position Summary and Responsibilities:
Obtaining all permits and ordering all materials required for construction of project Doing take-offs, estimating, negotiating contracts and securing subcontractors Confirming contractor's compliance with the submittal requirements of the contract Scheduling/ coordinating subcontractors to complete all assigned projects on time and within budget Maintain quality control and assure safety compliance on each project Project completion by contractual completion date Walk throughs with clients with minimum punch list Maintain all pertinent documentation required by the office
Position Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have 5+ years recent verifiable experience as a superintendent or project manager for high end residential homes and commercial construction as it relates to structure Have renovation and new home construction experience Have a thorough knowledge of all trades Ability to coordinate the work of multiple projects simultaneously Requires ability to build and maintain relationships with clients through professionalism and sound judgement Experience and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Project Excellent communication skills with subs, vendors, clients, architects, and office personnel Valid driver's license with dependable transportation
This position is a physically demanding position and the ideal candidate is organized, self- motivated, able to function at a high level in a fast paced environment, and has an impeccable eye for detail.
Pay D.O.E.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,076.00 - $75,000.00 per year
