Hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities Clear, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset Self-starter who thrives independently and in team settings Tech-savvy with mobile apps and work order systems Safety-focused with knowledge of workplace protocols Natural mentor and collaborator Preferred Credentials
PMP or CCM certification OSHA 10 or 30 training Tech Requirements
