You'll be responsible for: Leading projects from preconstruction through close-out Managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field staff Serving as the point of contact for owners and architects Ensuring high standards of safety and quality on-site Coordinating with internal estimating, accounting, and executive teams We're looking for someone who: Has 5+ years of commercial construction experience as a PM Understands local subcontractor market and project delivery methods Is detail-oriented, organized, and a clear communicator Brings a solutions-focused mindset and calm leadership style Has experience on ground-up and/or renovation projects in the $1M-$20M range
