Job Title: Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with over 7 years of experience to oversee renovations at a significant property, the D'Youville Medical Campus in Buffalo, NY. This project, with a budget of $30M-$35M, is expected to last between 12 to 18 months with more local projects to follow. Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and complete a $30M+ construction project. Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors. Manage change orders and ensure project completion within budget and time constraints. Essential Skills
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management. Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects. Strong skills in budget management and resource planning. Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 30 certification. Experience in healthcare construction projects is advantageous. Work Environment
The work environment includes onsite work at the D'Youville Medical Campus in Buffalo, NY, or office work in Amherst. The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
