Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Project Manager for direct hire!

Our client, a well-established self-performing GC specializing in commercial and federal construction for both public and private clients- primary focus in the Department of Defense (DoD) markets is now hiring a Construction Project Manager for a 25-year contract on Guantanamo Bay.

MUST be able and willing to travel/work overseas! The base salary is up to $150K (determined on overall project experience).

Full benefits: M/V/D, 401K, Holiday pay - Relocation assistance provided for the individual and family, if needed. Housing provided - No additional diem is provided for meals - Company Vehicle w/gas card provided - TAXES: Tax exempt federally stationed in Cuba for 330 FULL days. On the base: Will have access to restaurants, sports complex, entertainment, golf, kayaking, hiking trails, grocery stores it's like a small town. Travel home: One 2-week paid vacation PER QUARTER back to home.

Scopes of work include: electrical, site work, demo and utility work. Projects include: Crane Rails, hotels, hospitals, retail, restaurants and other commercial and industrial projects.

Duties: Responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of all construction activities. Maintain budgets, create schedules and assist with developing scopes of work. Responsible for safety and quality of work.

Qualification: 5-10+ years of commercial Project Management experience. DoD is a high preference. Able to manage multiple trades (electrical and mechanical). MUST have a valid passport and pass federal pre-employment screenings.
