We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a high-value building construction and rehabilitation project. This role will involve coordinating site activities, enforcing procedural standards, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery through active field oversight and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enforce compliance with the construction contract and all applicable project protocols
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between field operations and the design team, assisting in resolving design-related issues
  • Monitor and report on project progress, intervene as needed to avoid delays, and maintain open communication with internal leadership
  • Conduct bi-weekly project meetings and generate status reports documenting progress, challenges, and contractor activity
  • Oversee all aspects of safety, site security, and field staff, including third-party inspectors and code compliance personnel
  • Review and track RFIs, bulletins, field orders, submittals, and certified payrolls using online collaboration tools
  • Evaluate change requests, contractor claims, and scheduling impacts while conducting monthly schedule and payment reviews
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience on large-scale construction or renovation projects, with at least 4 years serving in a senior-level management capacity on projects over $10 million
  • Advanced knowledge of construction administration, project controls, and construction documentation
  • Proficient with scheduling software (preferably Primavera P6) and web-based submittal systems
  • Familiarity with construction codes, including the Uniform Building Code, and experience managing claims, cost reviews, and change order negotiations
