CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

We re looking for a seasoned Construction Project Manager who s ready to take ownership of complex projects from pre-construction to closeout. In this role, you ll manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality with confidence while ensuring all stakeholders from internal teams to subcontractors are aligned and moving forward.

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution for construction projects from kickoff to completion Define scope, goals, and deliverables that meet client expectations and company standards Manage internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget Monitor progress, address issues proactively, and drive problem-solving when challenges arise Keep project documentation up to date: schedules, change orders, RFIs, budgets, etc. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders owners, clients, field teams, and leadership Track and manage risk, ensure site safety, and maintain quality standards throughout the build Conduct project closeouts, walk-throughs, and lessons learned for continuous improvement What You Bring:
10+ years of project management experience in construction (commercial or industrial preferred) Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle from design review to final punch list Proficiency with tools like Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite Excellent coordination, scheduling, and budgeting skills Ability to lead field and office teams while managing multiple active projects Solid communication and decision-making skills under pressure PMP or CAPM certification is a plus but not required Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Bonus Skills:
Experience managing vendor contracts, procurement, and permitting Familiarity with estimating or value engineering processes Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage expectations professionally Work Environment:
