Residential Project Manager As a Residential Project Manager at Paul Davis, you'll lead reconstruction projects for homeowners and property managers after events like fires or floods. These are real situations with real people who need clear communication, strong leadership, and follow-through. You'll manage projects from start to finish; coordinating trades, controlling budgets, setting expectations, and spending plenty of time in the field making sure the work is done right. When a family gets back into their home, you'll know you played a major role in that. Day to day, you will: Manage residential (and some light commercial) reconstruction projects Coordinate subcontractors and vendors Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team members Create and track budgets, schedules, and job progress (RMS/DASH) Be on site regularly to keep projects moving and problems solved Balance quality work with timelines and cost control This job isn't just construction, it's people.
