Construction Project Manager

Our award-winning construction client, recognized for their, exceptional customer service, outstanding safety record, and solid reputation, is seeking a Project Manager to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial, storage, warehouse, food processing plants, and office markets. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in construction management - we want to hear from you! WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience working on projects valued up to $50M
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience

- A base salary of $80,000-$140,000 based on your experience!
