Construction Project Manager

Plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following responsibilities.
This is a 3-4 month long contract based role
Responsibilities
● Ensure all associates embrace the safety culture and comply with all safety initiatives.
● Implement and review Job Safety Analyses (JSA) as the field environment dictates. All work is to have a daily JSA.
● Conforming to the company's and customer's safety protocols and communicating all requirements to associates and subcontractors involved with the project.
● Track and control costs for any project supporting the company’s gross margin objectives.
● Forecasting revenue and completion schedules.
● Manage scope and schedule changes, including analyzing the impact on the project's schedule, resources, costs, and sell price.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
