Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Manager to be based in Denver, CO. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provides guidance to employees within latitude of established policies.
• Establishes procedures that affect the immediate organization.
• Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of the situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.
• Acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or to resolve technical problems.
• Manage and review contract budgets and contractor pay applications.
• Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
• Accountable for the planning, design, and/or construction management activities and personnel under the individual's direction on a day-to-day. Prepare and manage field inspection reports.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage work related issues associated to field construction activities.
• Monitor environmental inspections and compliance associated to field construction activities.
• Review contractor as-built drawings, and other construction documentation to ensure information is appropriately captured.
• Review contractor schedules and work phasing plans.
• Provide management, administration, and oversight of all assigned project contracts.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS
• 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Driving is required for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• PE, or EIT certification preferred
• BA/BS preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• 5+ Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• 5+ Years of experience working with new commercial and residential developments
• Local Agency and CDOT project experience
• Able to effectively communicate and negotiate with contractors and clients
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., MS Project, Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experienced with Bluebeam Software
• Experienced with ProCore

Additional Information

Sponsorship is not available for this role. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00.
