This is a remote, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our sales and marketing operations in the competitive food manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and monitoring competitor activities.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Identify and analyze emerging market trends and customer needs to inform the development of new products and services.Monitor competitor activities, market shifts, and industry developments to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Develop robust business development processes and practices to drive customer acquisition and retention.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing strategies with company goals.Establish and manage key customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare and present detailed sales and marketing reports to the senior management team, providing insights into performance metrics, market trends, and strategic initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
